Surface pretreatment: Before using Aerosol spray paint, the area to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned. It is necessary to completely remove impurities such as oil, water stains and dust on the surface.
Painting process:
* Before painting, shake the can up and down and left and right for about 30 seconds to ensure that the paint is fully mixed. Because if the paint is not mixed well, the sprayed paint may be uneven in color, and the different components in the paint may not meet expectations in drying speed and gloss due to imbalanced ratios.
* At about 20-30 cm from the surface of the object to be sprayed, press down the nozzle with your index finger and spray back and forth at a uniform speed. This distance allows the paint to be evenly dispersed on the target surface. If the distance is too close, it is easy to cause the paint to flow and form flow marks on the surface of the object, affecting the appearance; if the distance is too far, it may cause the spray to be over-dispersed, the paint is not firmly attached, and the coverage rate is low. For example, when spraying a flat wooden board, keep the spray gun basically perpendicular to the surface of the wooden board and maintain this appropriate spacing and move at a uniform speed.
* Use multiple spraying methods, spray a thin layer every 10-15 minutes, and repeat 2-3 times. This method can achieve better results. Spraying a little thinner each time can avoid the paint layer from being too thick and dripping, and multiple thin coatings can help make the paint layer more uniform and smooth, improving the quality of the paint surface.
